More Dragon Tattoo books are coming. (I haven't read the new one yet so I'm not sure how I feel about this specifically, but I'm always wary of new authors continuing series by dead authors.)

I have to say, I really liked the new Dragon Tattoo book. It was a satisfying, exciting sort of read, pretty much like the first trilogy. The tone of the writing was different, of course, but no attempt was made to try to disguise that a different author was writing book four, so it wasn't a problem for me. I hate when the original author's name is GIANT on a cover and in tiny writing just above it says "inspired by the characters of..." An added bonus was that the more unbelievable aspects of Blomkvist's relationships with women were toned down. Let me know what you think when you read it!
ReplyDeleteI will let you know! So far I've read the first two books of the original trilogy.
